The Hampton has been built twice. The first was in 2009 in the Clark County Parade of Homes (see it in our portfolio). The second was in Utah by Jackson and LeRoy construction.
The owners flew to Vancouver to spend time exploring the original home with us. In the end they kept many elements of the exterior architectural style including the curved balcony over the entry portico, the shingle siding with flare detail, and the overall Shingle Style Victorian look. The rear elevation of the home retained its beautiful eclectic balance of varied treatments typified in its octagonal and gabled window seats.
The new design dramatically expanded it from 4 to 7 bedrooms and redefined the look and feel of an already beautiful home. The Holladay Hampton is cladded in shades of greyish blue and ornamented with white trim and traditional Victorian gridwork in the windows.
Its interior provides a more communal approach to virtually all of its living spaces. The theater is more of an open recreation area. Each of the rooms reflect a warm casual nature.
