The Arcadia is a symmetrical Modern Farm Style home featured in the 2018 Clark County Parade of Homes. The Parade was hosted in the “The Parklands,” on the Camas Meadows golf course. The Arcadia was designed for a young family, with an active social life. This beautiful home’s exterior strikes a balance between traditional farm and modern farm style relying heavily on a symmetrical bias on its exterior. Created as an open entertaining design, it offers both outdoor and indoor gathering spaces. The Arcadia offers an open living design with a utility room for arts and crafts, and expressed in individual working spaces – a room for almost any kind of hands on artistic expression. The man-cave opens to the outdoor cooking area and modern veranda. One of our favorite spaces resides between the upstairs recreation loft and the guest suite – the second-floor pool balcony. The master suite has a private laundry, his and hers closets and a beautiful and unique access to the pool. The children’s bedrooms are twin suites with walk in closets, and window niches fitted with private seating. The Arcadia is a design of well-planned spaces and personal expression.
